High Polymer Emulsifier
High Polymer Emulsifier is a very high molecular weight surfactant. Because of its high molecular weight, it cannot significantly reduce the interfacial tension, but on the interface of the liquid bead, it can form an interfacial film with high mechanical strength, and can also increase the viscosity of the liquid phase, so it is an emulsifier with excellent performance.

Use:
Used in AKD neutral-alkaline sizing system, greatly limiting the AKD hydrolysis and migration tendencies. The "third generation" AKD mainly used to precipitate calcium carbonate loading multi-purpose photocopy paper. After the paper containing cationic polymer is reused, 60% of the cationic polymer still is adsorbed in the fiber, the paper can have good water increasing function. Available in wastepaper deinking agent as cationic surface active agent, its flotation of aniline water-based ink, cationic hydrophilic group, it's easy to adsorption to the ink particle surface, hydrophobic, enhance the adsorption of ink particles and bubbles, after the flotation pulp whiteness is higher. This product can also be used for pulping control agent in the resin as cation surfactant component.Application:
Please first have a small test to confirm the correct method and dosage.Reference dosage: adding 20-30 Kg the product into 1 ton fresh 15% AKD emulsion. The above is for reference only, the amount depending on practice.
